I love what I do - I'm a mother to my 2 year-old baby girl named Gemma, wife to my amazing husband Scott, sister (youngest of 6) to my wonderful brothers and sisters, and daughter to my supportive and sweet mother and father (may he rest in peace). I am also a photographer in the Bay Area with passion for people and telling stories.
For 15 years I produced video games, focusing mainly on art, animation and story. Now I'm applying those artistic and story-telling skills to my photography and having so much fun!
Thanks so much for stopping by and checking out my site. Drop me a comment and let me know what you think - I love hearing from folks! :)
What a truly amazing wedding and couple. I feel completely blessed to have been able to get to know Sharlene & Alvin and share this wonderful day together with them and their families and friends. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.
They were married in Mt. View with a fantastic reception at The Ranch Golf Course in San Jose. Floral designs by Nicole Ha. More photos to come. Enjoy this sneak peek.
Julianna - Beautiful lighting. I recently tried that same pose with the boys all in a circle but didn't quite get the same look. All natural light? Did you meter for there faces?
ajira - Wonderful imagery. I love all the joy I'm seeing.
Matthias Giezendanner - Absolutely gorgeous Rosaura. These images are so full of life, color, beauty, and joy, i'm in slight awe!
She’s a singer. He’s a chef. And they couldn’t be more perfect for each other. I was so happy to take part in their wedding that was fill with so much love and laughter and just true sweetness. More photos later. Enjoy this sneak peek.
I’ll be out of the studio this week at Jazz Camp West, where I’ll be singing and dancing and photographing the week’s events. It is the best week of the year for me because it combines all my passions into one amazing week. If you are at all artistically inclined, think about joining me next year, you won’t regret it! Here’s a random assortment of photos from last year. See you soon!
Krystiana and I had a great time exploring San Francisco’s Mission District and then heading up to the Marin headlands. Krystiana is an aspiring model and we had such a fantastic time together. Below are few of my favorites.
The video makes me happy and I wanted to repost it. Found it on Green Wedding Shoes and my friend Catie Ronquillo‘s blog. It is so darn cute I just had to share it.
When I first met Marlene & Glenn, I could just see all the love between them. As we talked and I listened about how they met and how their love grew, I couldn’t help but get emotional. We all got emotional. Yes, I’m that kind of photographer. Yes, they are that kind of people and I love it! I recently just shot their wedding which was fantastic (look for a post in the near future). So until those are ready, here are my favorites from their romantic and fun engagement session. We shot them in San Francisco, first by the garden in front of the Dutch Windmill in Golden Gate Park. And then by The Cliff House, where Glenn proposed to Marlene. Awww, sweet love! Congrats to the happy couple. So grateful to have met you!
We found a magic cave. A perfect way to end a wonderful engagement session.
